Any claim you have is against the company you paid your money to.
If you bought from Necht directly then claim against them - if you bought from another company then that company owns the warranty responsibility. Do not let the vendor play you off against manufacturer or distributor - it's their job to get it fixed. Make a fuss and write letters (keep copies) but only to the people who took your money. Consider the Small Claims Court.
If they don't play ball contact the local council's trading standards office.
