drum not turning on zanussi autocycle 1100?

full cycle of washing failed to complete.there is dirty water still in the drum.drum will not operate on any setting it will not spin or drain.i have had the appliance for 7 years and this is the first time it has broken down.we use the machine alot about 7-10 times a week
