Mend Pfaff creative 1469 Machine Work Problem

My Pfaff creative 1469 light comes on, but the machine does not work?

I have taken it to the shop; and to our amazement, they could not find the problem. The sewing machine works at their establishment, but not in my home. Do you have an idea what could be the problem? Thank you, and await your reply.
