Mend Brother PE-180D

PE-180D embroiderymachine doesnot sew?

PE-180D doesnot work anymore after filling the bobbin, it doesn't pull up the thread from under. There is also an isue with the forward and backward button in the display. It doesn't do anything too. I thought It maybe a problem with the computer in the machine. I was wondering if I could do something about it
