at the start of the wash cycle it continuously makes the noise and something is wrong with it. Need help urgently. Its a simpson encore 806 8kg

It is probably a problem with the clutch ratchet & spring. Call a service company to fix it as it is not a 5 minute easy fix for the home handy person. If you leave it too long it may cause other damage.
