Mend Beko WMB71642 Making Washing

I have a beko wmb71642 making a loud bang when Birmingham Women's NHS on ?

I have a beko washing machine that when i switch the on button it spins once and then a loud noise im not sure what it is the machine is only 14 months can any one help also the Display is only showing the same time of 1.04 and nothing else like the temperature if anyone can help that would be great

if motor spins flat out then stops this usually indicates the triac on the pcb has blown.this requires diy repair or a new control pcb fitting
