Mend Renault Kangoo Fuel Air Starts

fuel coming to filter with air?

got a ren kangoo 52 plate that starts sometimes but looses power and cuts out when you get to five or six miles. engine management lights are on. and fuel filter has been changed, no leakage in tank to chamber.
Any commments, help appreciated =
