It is very difficult to determine your problem and these faults can be a nightmare to sort out and on modern motors you could be looking at an electrical or fuel related problem. I know on some models cam sensors are only used on cranking and have heard of injectors causing problems like yours. Have you had a compression test done? Before jumping in a renewing everything in sight you have to think carefully about the cost and parts nowadays can cost a fortune. You don`t say if anyone has had the correct computer on the motor and looked at live data and what each sensor is doing in turn and it may be worth looking at a Renault forum where someone may have had the same problem as yours but good luck anyway.
