Traffic fuel or electrical problem?

Hi I have a traffic 2005 and all was well until 2 months ago it starts and runs poorly as if on 2 cylinders, it wont rev at all until about 60 seconds after starting then runs better but not right. i've tried all the usual egr, mass air sensor, foot pedal sensor but nothing. any ideas before i scrap the damn thing.
