Mend Renault Trafic Fault Light Lights

Renault Trafic "Select Neutral" Fault ?

2014 Trafic and occassionally when driving the light saying "Select Neutral" lights up and a beeping noise sounds.
Does anyone know how to fix this- Its driving me nuts. Also it feels like when this occurs that the gears are held, revving higher and not changing as normal.
