my hoover performa plus is washing but not draining what is wrong?

My washing machine is washing but not drainging before doing a small spin, what could be wrong with it?

No it is not draining at all!!! I did wonder if it was the brushes or bushes but i cant seem to find where they are on the machine. Thank you.
