Mend HEC 1050w Washing Machine Spin Mode

My HEC 1050 w machine has bedome very noisy?

In recent weeks my HEC 1050w washing machine has become very noisy in fast spin mode with a lot of banging and moving about. I suspect that this has started since I did a couple of small loads. I'm wondering if some thing has broken in the back like a suspension spring on the drum or something similar. I haven't looked yet as I have a very small house and don't want a washing machine in bits lying about!

I have a HEC 1050 it would not drain called a man out all it was the drain pipe on the back of the machine got blocked 2 mins to repair! also I had a BOLT snap that held the drum and concrete block into place! Local Bolt & fastners shop had them in stock! Brought 3 for £2.50

P.S. the machine is quieter than it has ever been! Good luck

I have one of these to with the same problem and it is only 15months old!!!!!!! it is unrepairable. My advice would be... do not buy one these I have to go out and buy a new one.

solved it my self. you need to get the machine in a space big enough to lay on its side. I found that two of the fixing bolts that hold the concrete balance weights had come loose but not dropped out. It's a bit of a battle getting them back in because of the springs etc. I used a motor mechanic with the right spanners etc. Now it won't drain. I think these machines are NFG.
