My ford focus TDi keeps cutting out while driving, what could it be?
My ford focus TDi keeps cutting out while driving, when I pull over the engine is still running but there is nothing on the exeleration pedal, and the coil warm up light is flashing?
It is probably the accelerator pedal. Mine did the same thing and after a lot of diagnosis this was the problem. The connection inside wears out and it is as though the pedal has been unplugged. You can see for yourself if you unplug the connection while running it will react in the same way every time.
