Mend Ford Focus Car Started Making

How can i fix my 04 Ford Focus TDLX Estate?

My car has started making this awful noise and when i try to go more than 40MPH she starts pulling and when i stop to turn the engine off The fan is making a hell of a noise while its slowing down.

Can you help me diagnose what is wrong please
