How do i fix a bad pool caller error?

I have a dell deminsion 4700 and keep getting this error every now and then about a bad_pool_caller with a blue screen and the technical information on it has a bunch of numbers. I have no new hardware plugged in. I just keep up with windows updates and scan for viruses. Which I was doing at the moment and it happened. I could be just surfing the net and it will happen or I'll just be playing music and it will happen.
HOW DO I FIX THIS?
