Bad_pool_caller?

I was about to copy a file onto a cd when the infamous blue screen with white writing appeared. I restarted pc, it started to load up, then the blue screen appeared again. When i try to boot pc, it looks like its going to start but when it comes to the welcoe screen it askes if i want to start in normal mode, safe mode etc. When i click on normal mode i get the blue screen. i try it again but try safe mode, same thing happens. Now my monitor wont come on, the red light on the pc stay illuminated. Can you help Please!

If this is the first time you’re seen this stop error screen , restart your computer.if this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or sofeware is properly installed . if this is a new installation , ask your hardware or sofeware manufcturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue ,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software,disable BIOS memory options such as cashing or shadowing. If you need to use safe made to remove or disable components. Restart your computer, press F8 to select advanced startup options , and then select safe mode.
