Mend Puma 80e Combi Pressure Repair

How can I fix my Puma 80e Combi boiler?

Water constantly dripping from the safety pipe outside house, pressure showing constant drop on the gauge, have to top up the boiler all the time. Have been told Safety valve is U/S. Can it be repaired or do I have to get a new boiler?
