Mend Baxi 80E High Combi

pressure to high?

on my baxi combi 80e boiler when we have the heating on the pressure gets ridiculously high sometimes over 2.5 bar its quite worrying when it gets this high we have had someone out to it and apparently it was the expansion vessel but this repair did not remedy the problem any advice would be great

It sound like you have hole in your pressure vassal , if your engineer has pump it up with air ,but still no good, It needs to be replaced capitalboilers.co.uk
