Mend Worcester 350 combi Boiler Heating Repair

Worcester boiler repair?

Worcester boiler 350 combi
When boiler heats up it discharges water through the pressure releaf valve. I have replaced the valve but the problem persists. Could it be over pressuring for some reason and how do I fix it?
