Mend Electrolux EWX14540W Could Wrong Washer

What could be wrong with my washer? It squeaks when spinning?

My washer now squeaks when spinning after it spun badly out of balance, and has done so for about 3months. It only squeaks when the drum moves back and forth, not side ways (when the drum vibrates when spinning). It is only 9months old and still under warranty, is it worth calling electrolux out to look at it, what is it that is making the noise or is it something that happens to these machines? The model is electrolux EWX14540W.

Had a guy come out to look at my machine and it no longer squeaks :-) He greased up the springs. However, after he left the start/pause button wouldn't work (though it is working now after many attempts) and evry now and again will come up with E72, what error code is this?

the springs that hold the drum at the top need greasing where it hooks over the metal frame at the top.if its under warranty get them out as it will not cost you anything.
