Mend Haier AA Washing Machine Error Code Drain

Haier AA 6kg washing machine. Unscrewing filter?

We have just had the washing machine reintalled. We have found that it comes up with err 2 and that the drum does not empty of water. I have had to scoop at as much as I can and empty the rest via the filter. Though I can not get the cap of the filter off. It screws about 180 degrees and allows the water out but stubbornly wont come off. Can anyone help?
I also wonder whether the fact that the plumber has the waste pipe draining near the top of the machine rather than the bottom. Common sense tells me the water can not drain due to gravity but my father tells me the outlets are ofter near the top. Once again can you help?

does any1 know the number that is on the drive belt for the haier AA 6kg mine has snapped and dissapeared please please somebody help

Error 1 keeps flashing we have tried re shutting the door and powder tray but no luck

This may sound obviously stupid, but the few times i have encountered this problem, it has been found that any new seals i.e, the connection to the waste pipe of the sink, where it is a new fitting, the rubber washer ring inside has not been punched out properly and has caused blockage.

So checked the seals inside new connections, if any!

Hi, I have the same problem and its because the filter inside has degraded and collapsed or something such as a coin is stuck, back and forward usually frees it eventually with pliars but my filter is wrecked so im trying to find a new one.
But i gurantee this is your problem,if its the same as mine it feels like its hitting agains something, inside mine i found a load of coins and hair clips.
