Re New Home Sewing Machine?

Hi, we have the same problem as Caterina, but the machine is a New Home i.e. it does not catch the thread from bobbin case. Can you help?

hi Allan,i hope you can help me. I have a New Home sewing machine model 3003, as a housewife this machine is often in use.But yesterday the bobbin was sticking and the cotton was bunching up underneath and stopping the machine sewing.Am i right in thinking this is something to do with the timing?it has happened before a few year ago, The local shop wanted £80 to look at and service,i havent that money.Why does it happen?and can you help me?
