Mend Singer Tempo 50 Sewing Machine Problem

Bobbin case problem ?

Hi, The bobbin case keeps popping out. Checked that it in right & it is. I had to get a new case & ever since that its giving trouble. It works sometimes. There is a tiny tiny piece broken on the corner of the case, would this be the problem. Tempo 50 machine.

am i correct if i say this is a top loader machine/bobbincase? there is a piece at lefthand rear at bobbin case that need to have a .5mm gap between case and this lock also right hand front same spring loaded stop that only have a ,3mm gap, if this is set correct case is not suppose to jump out.also put drop off oil on bobbincaae bottom where it move in hook drive
