Mend Singer 4562 Sewing Bobbin Case

How can I fix my 4562 Singer electronic sewing machine?

My problem with the machine is with the bobbin case. Please tell me what is used to keep it in position. I have a very small metal piece that may do this, but I do not know where it goes. Is there a picture available?

i guess the small metal piece(stopper) is at left rear of machine,this should be moved against bobbin case so there is approx .5mm between thing stopper and bobbin case
