Mend Signature UHT J283A Model Machine Case

How can I mend my Signature model UHT J283A?

I have recently gotten a Signature model UHT J283A sewing machine and I believe it is missing the bobbin case and the piece that holds the bobbin case. Is there any way to fix this or anywhere that I can purchase the parts?
