my 774 singer sewing machine started clunking??

I took apart top looks like a screw is missing from main rod to gears? and the bobbin case is binding now after I cleaned it?

if gear is loose on shaft the timing is proberly out as well.sure you fitted the correct screw on correct places after stripping hook or if its only the bobbin case binding it could be wrongly fitted?
