Mend Dell XPS D266 Turn Power Replaced

How can I fix or replace the switch that turn on the computer?

I have a Dell XPS D266. The power supply was replaced and tested, the mother board was also replaced. And the computer does not turn on. I suspect that the switch that turn on the computer is broken. How can I fix it, or replace it?

If it is to be replaced, where I can buy the switch?
