Mend Zanussi WJD 1257 Washing Machine Drain Pump

How to remove drain pump on Zanussi WJD 1257?

The drain pump on my Zanussi WJD 1257 washer/dryer is sticking and not draining sometimes.
How do I gain access to it to remove/clean/replace it? I can't see any obvious way of getting to it.

How did you get on with that fix?

I have to perform the same fix on my somewhat 'heated' pump.

HI MARK
TO DO THIS JOB IS VERY SIMPLY.
I LEAN THE MACHINES BACK BUT YOU WOULD BE BETTER LAYING IT ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE LOOKING FROM THE FRONT.
THE PUMP IS PUSHED IN SO IT HAS TO BE PRISED UP A BIT TO RELEASE IT, OR THE OTHER WAY IS UNDO THE THREE SCREWS AND ID PULLS TOWARDS YOU.
THE PUMP IS THE ONE WITH THE GREY CRINKLY HOSE CONNECTED TO IT.
THE PUMP IS AT THE FRONT UNDER THE DOOR ON THE BASE
WE CAN SUPPLY A PUNP IF YOU WISH.
DISCONNECT THE MAINS BEFOR DOING ANY WORK ON THE MACHINE.
