my pump cover has come apart and I am unable to unscrew it to clean it?
My Zanussi ZWF1631W washing machine would not drain, I was able to drain it manually but when I tried to undo the pump cover to clean, the cap seperated with the turning grip cover(white) coming away leaving the red inner part stuck and it wont budge!!! Help!

I take it you haven't been removing it regular and cleaning it?.if it has been in for a while it can get jammed in with crap and limescale.You have to pries it out or break the red filter and clean filter housing out then replace broken filter which are about £10 ish
