Mend Zanussi ZWD1271W Washing Machine Drain Hose Programme

Zanussi ZWD1271 W?

Zanussi 1271w was washing but not drying, husband checked drain hose, pump etc. Now when i switch machine on and set programme for washing or drying it will not work. Have tried to reset machine by pressing on button and holding start/skip buttons. Has anyone any suggestions?
