vokera maxin 24e boilers trips out reg have to press reset button wots up?

i had the same problem, vokera engineer came out and replaced the ignition module. It totally cured the problem and works totally fine now

its either the reset button itself thats faulty,the overheat stat or the plate heat exchanger needs replacing.bridge the reset & overheat out & try it.if problem still occurs its the ht exch.if prob cured reconnnect stat 1st then reset!

When it heats up it trips out and its a while to cool down, pump checked and works fine gas valve replaced Dec 07. Ignition has been checked too and the termostato limit 36TXE2 switch has been replaced. But boiler still trips out when its has been on for longer than 45 mins. Even leaving it to cool for 15mins does not help. Could it be spark electrodes?

tell me exactly what happens when you try to fire it up?

pump runs? fan runs? aps clicks? igniters spark?

need to know where in the ignition sequence the problem is to diagnose...
