it must have a pressure gauge for you to make this statement

it must be a pressurized system

it must have a means of topping up pressure

it must have a filling loop
(either external or built in internal)

try reading the user manual that came with the boiler to top up low system pressure

if you dont have a user manual try googling
boiler make/model how to top up pressure
ie vokera (then model) how to top up pressure

failing that try youtube
vokera (then model) how to top up pressure

if all else fails ring vokera customer services
they will help you if all it requires is topping up pressure
have boiler manual or download manual ready when talking to vokera
