How can I repressurise my Volkera combi boiler?

I have a Vokera excell 80sp combi boiler and the water pressure gauge has dropped into the red. Because of this it is not firing when the hot taps are turned on, and we have no hot water unless we have the heating on aswell.
The water coming into the flat has not changed noticably in pressure, and none of the other flats are having this problem. We have been advised by friends that combi boilers need to be repressurised every now and then and they turn a little dial thing on theirs. However, we cannot see how to do this on ours and there is nothing related in our users instructions manual. Would someone be able to help us please?

Pull down the door to access the controls, put the dial to 0 just underneath by the silver flexi hose there should be a black control near the hose move it clockwise till you see the water pressure go up to about 2 then turn it anti clockwise, then switch the dial back then try the heating

Ours has a little black lever underneath on the right, which is usual in a 12o'clock position, we just turn it anti-clockwise to a 9o'clock position until the pressure dial is reading above one again, then put it back to the 12o'clock position. If you need to reduce pressure, just bleed a radiator.

theres a little tap on one of the pipes going to the boiler usually located underneath, sometimes on a flexible pipe, just turn it and watch the dial go up, keep doing this until the pressure sits around 2 bar

dont know if this will help, but you can download pdf manuals for users instructions AND the installation and servicing instructions from www.vokera.co.uk, if it's an old one like mine click on discontinued products and select your type of boiler and which instructions you want.

the pressure inside the boiler has no bearing on the hot water but to repressurise the system look for a pipe that links from the cold supply to the boiler there should be a valve on it maybe one at each end open the valve and let the pressure raise to about 1 to 1.5 bar then turn off the water
