How can I fix the spin cycle on my Hoover 1300 Special Edition PE235?

The 'colour fast' 40 degree wash programme is the one we use frequently. It uses the only full spin available, but this spin has now stopped working. The programme itself works up to this point, and then just stops when due to spin. I don't know a local washing machine repair specialist, so want to avoid unneccesary call-out charges with someone I can't trust to do the job properly. Is there any way I can fix it, or buy a new part etc? It's a hoover washing machine 1300 special edition PE235.

We just had one fixed. On ours it was the small circuit board at the back of the machine. A broken track on thee small board. The repair man ran a solder bolt along the track to fix in 5 minutes. This machine uses an electronic relay to switch to spin instead of a mechanical switch. Movement must have flexed the board causing a break. We were lucky it was obvious.

Buy another washer mate I had one of those and it burnt down my greenhouse. Glass in me underkecks and everything. . not nice.
