no spin dry nor pumping water out?

the machine will not spin unless it knows the water has been drain so there is a clue.if this machine has a filter check it isn't blocked.check drain hose outlet then it gets more involved.you need to get to the drain pump and check it isn't jammed or if it is faulty.if you manually drain the machine and select spin this will prove the motor works so hopefully all you need to do then is sort the draining issue
