I believe that I have a virus affecting my laptop how do I deal with it?

download avg for free on google its realy good and easy

use anti virus software like avg to scan your pc, it should remove most trojans. then run a 2nd time, if they reappear then there is most likely a program hidden that is reinstalling the trojan after removal. i found AVG rootkit to help me remove a trojan. If in doubt, google the files that these programs find before removing them and also run them in safe mode on your pc.
