Possibly a "side install". Side install are un-needed and un-wanted extras that are bundled with other applications installers. Most are web installers that only download the extra if it actualy get to be installed.
ALL those extras default to "Accept" while you realy want to refuse them. Some times, you need to check "Don't install" or click a small or even tiny "No thank" button.
Most are harmless, normaly redundent with some other application that you may use, normal Windows functionality camouflaged with some alternate user interface, or totaly useless "features".
Many will add some useless tool bar to your browser. Those also tend to hijack your home page and default search engine.
There are cases of spywares and other data harvesting junk.
Here, it seems to be some kind of file/format converter, maybe totaly unrelated to printing.
Unstall that useless "extra".
Next time, take some time when installing ANYTHING. Actualy READ the text at each steps. It's usualy beter to use the "Custom" install as the "standard" one may automaticaly accept all extras. If there is ANY additional stuff, just decline the "offers".
