I have an internal error from symantec each time i start up. my touch pad doesn't work properly and now, to top it off, I came into my hotel room last night and noticed that my screen looks/is shattered...cracks everywhere. can i have this repaired? i just purchased thisn from costco in january this year. it was a display model. i can not locate my receipt! help me, please!

of course can be repaired if you have waranty from that company where you buy. A question ... was new laptop ? ... or refurbished ... becouse some laptop's refurbished canot be fixed.
