cassette stuck in recorder how do I get it out?

Mitsubishi VCR - cassette tape is stuck and will not eject. I tried turing it off and on and pressing eject several times. Still won't budge.

Assuming nothing has been forced,a slack loading belt may be the problem here. listen for a motor spining fast when the machine is on.

i'd take it to a tech, it is a simle fix for someone who knows about these things.
