I have a sylvania tv model # SST4192 MADE IN SEPTEMBER 2002 ,MY REMOTE DOES NOT TURN ON THE TV ANYMORE ,i PURCHASE A NEW REMOTE BUT THIS STILL DOES NOT WORK ,HOW CAN I FIX THIS PROBLEM
