Broken Wharfedale TV - help please !! x?

My 37" wharfedale tv just made a quick buzzing noise and now it's completely dead. No colour to show it's on standby even. I've swapped the cable/plug in the back in case it was a fuse and still not working (unless it can only work with it's own cable or I've put the wrong type in don't know what it was from, maybe a printer?). Got it in 2008 and no problems until now. Think it's model LG73GTA. Thanks.
