how can i get my precision tv model no. PTV29R88S to work ?

is R605 scorched ,you have a bad flyback,to make a simple test,remove the resistor on the B+ off the fly back and conect a 120v 40-100v bulb not floresent bulb in series ,power up the set ,you should get sound only, no picture,no sound still ,pess v+,change ch until you hear sound,with antenna attached,if the bulb lights up bright ,your flyback is bad,the blinking blue light stays on no buzing sound.
