Matsui Matsui DV3 Video, Satellite Receivers Light Stays Help

As you have probably found out Matsui is a DSG Own Brand and therefore could have been made by anyone. If DSG can't help then I'd bin it. Budget brand aren't worth the effort or cost of repair.
