Matsui Video, Satellite Receivers Light Wont Green

First of all it isn't a satellite box, it's a Freeview box - needs an aerial not a dish. Could that be the problem?

So first of all ensure that it is connected properly. If that is the case then I'd bin it an buy a new STB as budget boxes are not worth trying to repair.
