Sabre 29he plus combi condensing Boiler?

Hi, My boiler is broken down. The pump is working fine and the fan isn't switching on and i can not reset the boiler at all.. First the green,amber and red lights started flashing and then green,amber and red light stays continously. I already changed the PCB board and still the boiler not working. The fan is working when directly connected and does not work when connected to the PCB board. Please help me to fix my boiler as i don't have hot water and heating.

If the fan works when direct power is applied then a faulty fan seems unlikely

New pcb fails to fire up boiler then a faulty pcb seems unlikely
