Mend Hoover F5861-900 Water Brushes

does not pickup water?

hoover steamvac delux model # f 5861-900 series # 17.9
water comes out, brushes turn at all speads air is blowing but the wqter does not go into the dirty water tank, and stays on the floor

Hoover Hoover F5861-900 Household Appliances, Vacuum Cleaners Water Hoover Brushes

Make sure the lid to the pick-up tank is snapped down by hearing a "snap" when pushed closed. The lid causes the proper vacuum to pick up the water and is most likely the fix for the issue. Also you may just need to reseat the tank and make sure the latches are flush for the tank.
