How can we fix the suction power of a hoover steam cleaner vacum, contains no rotating brushes. currently we have to press on the collection tank in order to help suck up the soap/water.
Make sure two clips that hold tank in place are tight thus forming a tight seal. If clips are broken the tank won't make a tight seal and impact water sxtraction. Secondly make sure filter that slides out of the bottom of the nozzle is clean.
