Mend Vokera Hot Working Central Heating Boiler

Why is the hot water not working properly?

I have to put the central heating on to get hot water. Also the flow from the water is very weak. The vokera boiler is only a year old.

if your water is very weak it's poss the flow sensor is not picking it up to start the boiler.

is your cold kitchen tap still fast or has that slowed down ?
