Fuelsaver stopped working?

My fuelsaver F has stoped working. I can't hear the fan going and the boiler just seems to be dead. I had a leak in th one of the pipes up stairs in the airing cupboard and the next morning when I got up the central heating and hot water was not on. The leak has been sorted now. Please does anyone have any idea what may be wrong.
