Mend Vokera 20-80 RS Flowmatic Heating Pressure Plumbing

hot water not working?

I have a vokera 20-80 rs flowmatic. My heating is working fine but my hot water is not working at all. i have noticed that the pressure gauge is at 0. do you have any ideas how to fix it?

there should be filling loop pipe connected between two pipes with valves for turning to fill pressure
fill to 1.5 bar than close
